I'm a bad person, I was watching the child slavery one when the Galaxy Tab advert caught my eye so that was it no more child slavery goldfish concentration is broken i'm off to the galaxy site. I will surly go to hell for such wickedness.

Whoops.

Then i went back but got distracted by the "The God That Wasnt There" Ad (Oh boy watch the trailer).

Whoops again.

Had to Google 'Galaxy Tab' - thought it might be some kind of low calorie chocolate drink; I have a Droid, myself - which is ok by me. On the subject of tech how do you (or any Dude, here) rate the Kindle3? That is, obviously, if you read ebooks. I've been dropping heavy hints (birthday in a couple of weeks) - if budget allows (have already read reviews and they all seem to sing its praises).

I seem to remember reading The Jesus Papers http://contemporarylit.about.com/od/philosophyreligion/fr/jesusPapers.htm (years ago) - wonder how this movie differs. Wasn't aware of it - will take a closer look. Thanks for the link.

Oops, screwed your link up - bloody quick reply bollocks

To be honest Cake I think this year is going to be really interesting for e-reader/ e-ink devices.

Phillips have been teasing with this for a while now (see minority report when he is on the train and there is a guy reading what looks like a news paper. 43 seconds into this trailer). Thats a full LCD screen she is holding in her hands there. I can't find any of the CES footage where you could see video of it.

You also have stuff Plastic Logic are working on, and Samsung have a process they are licensing for spray on LCD  screens.

I think some of the stuff that should be out by the end of the year is going to make I-Pad and e-readers look lame, so I'm holding out until then.

All my humble opinion that is.

Sorry I've had a personal interest in this field since Xerox-Park where first developing prototypes in the late 90's. It's just one of my subjects.
