I forget that not everyone on the list is in the USA.

In the USA, a jury is composed of the regular citizen. Thus, any qualified citizen may be called downtown to possibly be selected on either a criminal or civil jury.

That way, we aren't usually being judged by only one person. We have a criminal jury of 12 people, and a civil jury of either 6 or 12.

Normally, the county will reimburse the people called by a very little amount of money.

I was called downtown, but not selected for a jury. Had I been selected, there is no way to determine how many days I would have had to be down there.

Still, got paid to do nothing.

Although I think it's a good system, it does have it's flaws.

Once you are selected to be on a jury, you don't get out. AND, you are a complete and total slave to the judge. If he doesn't want you to leave, you don't. You do what he says when he says. You make calls when he allows, you eat when he allows, you pee when he allows, you don't go home until he says you can.

I would, too. If there is something I can do to improve the production, let me know. I am learning more about the software every time I use it, and am on the way to getting the mic just right.

If there are philosophical differences, that's cool. It is about being a Christian Dude. If you aren't, that's fine, but try not to come down too hard on the dudecast. I don't want someone staying away if they haven't heard it. If someone hears it, and it isn't for them, that's cool. We can all still roll together and have a Kaukasian.

If it's too heavy, that's unfortunate, because I try to keep it light. That's why it is so short. Don't want a sermon, now do ya'll?
