It the time of year.

Some shots, some lap dances, some hell raising with your crew.
Try not to get into any scrapes. They are easy to come by.
Lots of people feeling just like you out looking to blow off steam.
Just let the Walter out for a bit and try not to get arrested..

Usually, in times like this, I try to take 'er easy. Nice, calm music, like Portishead, Lionel Richie, Neil Young, something I can just sit back and, I don't know, exist to. But, if I CANT abide, I play some Korn, Rob Zombie, Children of Bodom or maybe King Diamond and play some Killing Floor. Its best for me to take out my anger on video games instead of in the real world. That kinda shit is what put 2 holes in my walls, and 1 in my closed door.

I recommend getting with some friends, maybe having a bonfire, something outdoors. Or maybe a few burgers, a few beers, a few laughs, then maybe your troubles will be over. Best of luck, dude.

One of my Memorial Day memories that will help me make a point.
Up here in the northwoods of Wisconsin Memorial Day is the first real day of tourist season. A lot of FIBs (Fucking Illinois Bastards) come up to raise hell and kill fish as well as folks from the bigger cities in southern Wisconsin. Some of them own cabins up here that they use for vacations. During that time they accumulate some garbage and the vast majority of them actually are kind enough to take it to the dump on their way out of town. But once in a while one of these lazy fucks will start driving out and as Monday in my neighborhood is garbage day everybody has their dumpsters out. So these whores, these strumpets, these fucks will drive down the street and dump their garbage on someone else's property with absolutely no regard for the fact that people actually have to pay for garbage pick-up.
So a couple of years ago some whore dumps his/her garbage into and around my dumpster, unfortunately after the weekly pick-up had been made so it was going to sit there for a week. There was so much garbage that there was no room in the dumpster for anything from my house.
I took that shit personal. The next year I actually set up a trail cam in the trees near where my dumpster would be in the hopes of seeing the strumpets dumping their shit. I spent the whole day walking out to check the fucking dumpster to see if some asshole was violating the sanctity of my garbage receptacle. No action.
This year I was all set to go total Walter and then I sat and checked my breathing for a couple of minutes and I realized that what was going on was the simple fact that I had somehow managed to factor myself into the equation, as though the person who might dump their shit might actually have some insight into whether or not he or she was more important or better than me. I actually had to roll my eyes at that one.
Because my problem is that I've spent my whole life taking shit personally but I had one second of awareness that told me what a fucking waste of time that is. Because the whole garbage dumping incident has nothing to do with me in reality. That some lazy fuck decides to dump his trash on my property says absolutely nothing about me. And when I realized that I was able to exhale and relax.
And to my surprise this does nothing to hinder the unleashing of my inner Walter at an appropriate time but I don't have to strain to hold onto his leash 24 hours a fucking day because the only part I play in this drama is I happen to live where whatever asshole decides to stop driving and unload. My inner Walter plays a vital part in life in this fucked world, he is my protector. He's the one who will go from condition yellow to condition red when a threat is detected. By not dropping myself into the equation as an intended victim because some jagoff sees me as "less than" I can remain unemotional as I hammer the strumpet's knees with a junior size Easton softball bat or a crowbar, all the while reminding him or her that "this is what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass".

I actually saw a really good presentation on stress and dealing with it.

The lecturer took a volunteer and stood them out in front of the class.

Then took a glass and half filled it with water.

At this point you all (and I) immediately think "Oh no it's that old glass half full, glass half empty thing!"

She had the student hold the glass up and just left them there.

after a little while she went back to the student and asked how the glass felt, if it was feeling heavier.

The student replied yes.

At this point she said "This is like stress. The longer you hold onto something the more it weighs on your mind!"

Because you are making the act significant it becomes more so and only leads to stressing you out.

The problem is

just letting go.

I was just reading some of that Jeff Bridges Bernie Glassman book and one of them was saying that there is profound wisdom in the children's rhyme,

Row row row your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily Merrily merrily merrily
Life is but a dream.

When in doubt, keep rowing. Merrily if possible. It's all just a dream.

I dug that bit.  I've also been reading The Tao of the Dude, written (and compiled) by our own Dudely Lama, and it contains a lot of wisdom that keeps perpetuatin' itself, down through the generations, westward the wagons, across the sands o' time...well, you get the idea.  Definitely worth reading in my opinion.

Another good one is Getting Right With Tao by Ron Hogan. It's available here: http://beatrice.com/wordpress/tao-te-ching/ and if you scroll down its a free pdf download. It's a new translation, with the word fuck. Very good. and thur-uh.
