If you're into the whole being-at-least-moderately-healthy thing and are thinking of taking up Dudeist Yoga, or something similar, here is the most up-to-date word on the benefits of gentle daily bodily stimulation:

It you're looking for some tips on expanding your easy-going fitness regime, the above article was twinned with the below one as a good guide to doing something easy in the name of health:

Now, take'er easy, and don't go busting a gut over this, dudes :)

I tried out this yoga thing and discovered its what I do anyway.
And as for creative procrastination, well I started that 10 years and 3 weeks after The Dude went dunny diving.
'cos thats when I moved into this house and I am still working on my decorating plan.
And I'm not too bad at dudeitation.I can make a whole hour go by in 10 minutes.
Down the trail dudes
If you believe you can tell me what to think.
I believe I can tell you where to go.

Why would you want a whole hour to go by in 10 minutes? I would prefer 10 minutes to seem like a day. were only here for a short while anyway, and i want to enjoy that whole short while, while it lasts anyways.
