Title: Jonathan Herman 'Taoism for Dummies'
Post by: HnauHnakrapunt on February 24, 2021, 07:10:48 AM
If you like Socrates and that 'I know that I know nothing' attitude, then try this book. The guy who wrote it is definitely against things like 'the tao of preparing a good dinner' and 'The Tao of Pooh'. Unless you read 1,500 original texts in Chinese, do not call yourself a Taoist.

Still, it is pretty easy to read, if you are ready for a bit of Chinese history.
