Title: Zorba the Greek (1964)
Post by: HnauHnakrapunt on January 04, 2021, 06:59:52 AM
Guys on the island of Crete, trying to feed their monkey by working in a mine. The mine is quite old, the local wine is good, so the work goes a bit different than planned.

One of my all time favorites.
Book and movie.
And IMO one of the best confirmations of the Dudeist frame of reference.
Life is about joy.
The dance.
You can't worry about all that shit.
Drink, dance and be merry.
It took Zorba to teach the Boss how to abide.

I also like this movie) But to be honest, the book was better. Sometimes it happens that the creators of the film manage to make a masterpiece and it is better than the book, but more often I like the book more. I am glad that the book is still the main source of information today. When I'm looking to buy research papers at https://papersowl.com/buy-research-paper (https://papersowl.com/buy-research-paper) I use the internet like all my classmates. But still, a fairly large part of the information in the classical libraries is still relevant. Old masterpieces in books are still relevant and often better than movies)

I like the book too! The film is entertainment and when you read a book it relaxes and gives you time to rest! As my hobby is drawing here (http://'https://drawnbyhislight.com') how to draw which I am often fond of!
