Title: François Rabelais 'The Life of Gargantua and of Pantagruel'

Hands up who managed to read the whole thing. May take some time to get through it because Mr Rabelais likes to tell strange, surreal stories using the most flamboyant language. And yet the whole book is a great praise of simple pleasures in life. Buy the biggest oat soda that's available and just start reading it.
