Title: An urn fit for a Dudeist (maybe)
Post by: iAbide81 on December 28, 2018, 09:21:28 PM
My mom is planning and paying for her funeral arrangements in advance. She's not terminally ill or anything. She just saw how much of a headache it was for my grandparents when my grandmother was dying from cancer and wanted to make things easier for me, her only child. So I ran an idea by her for an urn and she thought it was HILARIOUS not knowing it's tied to my love of Dudeism. She loved the idea so much she told the funeral home director about it and he's considering offering it as an option for his customers.
Dudes and Dudettes, I present to you, the Little Undertaker's Modest Urn, complete with fill-in-the-blank eulogy (which of course can be replaced with Walter's speech) and stickers to create a memorable, personalized piece.

This is awesome!  My wife already told me she is taking my ashes and putting a bit in several bottles with notes asking for others to email/text/what have you back to her where they found me, where I traveled to. Kinda like hearing from me in my travels around the globe.  She likes knowing she will still hear from me. :)
