How many bowling pins do they use in Nederlands? More or less than the Danes?

i think we use enough pins. it's not about the amount of pins, it's more about how you handle them...

Welcome to our new Dutch Dude!

Holland...where nobody mind's if you do a J.

Do you have bowling alleys in Holland?  Are all the nihilists sent over the border into old Deutschland?  And are you at all uncomfortable saying the word, "vagina"?

The Danes also have their place pretty well tied together what with the Legos, ebbleskivers, and what have you...
Do they really put mayo on their friesin Holland? Just a little bit, or do you fuckin' drown 'em in it?

Northern Europe is a great place, extremely beautiful and full of wonderful ladies. Probably the place where "real" democracy is. Once I've been to 'Dam, not 'Nam  ;D , and somewhere around. Very beautiful place. I'm not into j or anything like that, usually I use beer or wine to keep my mind limber, so I've lost a piece of it, but I've never eaten a salmon sandwich like the one I bought on the street from a vendor, and one with herring too. As good as a great burger. Fucking A. If only I could learn to speak well I'd already gone to live there.

Oh dudes the ladies of Amsterdam, wonderful!

You know, beside a strict oat sodas daily meditation regimen I'm also watching the movie at least twice a week for some time. Until I've absorbed it well. And in English too. As I'll receive the Italian copy today.  8)

Can't make a bad "figure" with all you wiser dudes. And can't go on being the walrus of the forum too.  8)

Dude, that's, like, that's just the stress talking, man. Now, as far as I can tell, what we have here is a victimless walrus. Being the walrus is a great honor among Lebowski type dudes.

An uncompromised real Walrus, or one of those bullshit disney Alice in Wonderland ones with no tusks?

An uncompromised real walrus of course. But, without taking any un-earned honour, I was a little out of my element or, in the parlance of our times, I had a little frame of reference. But it's getting better.  8)

I have both the Italian and the original version. The translation is quite horrible; imagine that they called the Dude "Drugo", which here is the same name given to the killers of "Clockwork Orange". And, just to give another example "if you are not into the whole brevity thing" has been translated as "if you like giving diminutives".

I prefer to watch the original one of course.

I really don't understand why they do this kind of things. It would be better to use only subtitles, if the problem is to match the movements of the lips with words. At least is a good way to learn a new language.

Another jewel: "I'm the Walrus" is "Obladi' Oblada'".
