Title: Dudeist iconography & symbolism
Post by: Anchorite83 on January 10, 2017, 11:27:33 PM
Aside from the emblem of the Latter Day Dudes (the "cosmic bowling ball") and the "Dudefish", what are other sacred, divine, or simply important symbols to all Dudeist practictioners?

I picked up a mousepad printed with a dudeist-style rug on it. (In fact, I think someone here turned me on to it - can't recall who, but thanks you!). Really ties the office together and helps pacify my inner-Walter.

I saw in one of the Dudeist stores they had a beach towel version of the rug. Now if it were only a rug-rug and not a towel-rug I would definitely pick it up.... that being said I still might pick it up lol.

I wear a pendant made by Mother Duderior that I fixed to some rosary beads and an ordination patch on my hoodie.

Oh yeah? Is it possible for you to share a picture? Sounds cool.

Try shrinking it on MSPaint or PicMonkey.com maybe?

That's cool and very authentic looking.

I just can't do the jewelry thing. No watch. No rings. No necklaces. No bracelets. I'm an unencumbered gentleman. But it took some 'splaining before the wife accepted the no-ring thing.

That's quite beautiful. I wouldn't mind owning something like that and wearing it on occasion.

When I first saw it I was wondering about those three dots. But it makes sense to me now.

And I thought I am the only one :) Any kind of jewelry, ballroom, Native American, Gothic, Christian, pagan etc. I try ends locked in a box. No matter if it is steel, silver or leather. I suppose a tattoo would be the only thing to stay for a while. But I like the pendant with beads idea, as you can use it without wearing too. And of course any kind of T-shirt or hoodie is ok.
