Title: Ever thus to deadbeats!
Post by: sufidude on June 24, 2009, 04:21:57 PM
Translates in Latin to: Sic Semper Debitoribus.
Learned it from a pre- law drop out here at CSULB.
Thought it would make a good plaque or something.

Us Dudeists could conduct a little revisionist history right now.

Instead of John Wilkes Booth shooting Abraham Lincoln, leaping to the stage of Ford's Theater, breaking his leg, and screaming, "Sic Semper Tyrannus!"...let us assert that he shots Lincoln, leaps out of the balcony, shouts "Ever thus to deadbeats!", then pisses on the stage.

No, Jackie Treehorn shot Lincoln, and Woo peed on the stage, then uttered the famous and immortal 'Ever thus to deadbeats" And I beleive it was at the Crane Jackson Theatre while attending the MARTY'S VENUE BAND premier.

Am I wrong?
Okay then

It's the Crane Jackson Fountain Street Theater, so I suppose it's on Fountain Street.
