The measure of a man's quality of life is the dust on the alarm clock.

What's an alarm clock, Colonel?

Never judge a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes.

1)   because you are then a mile away and,
2)   because you then have his shoes.

I personally subscribe to my favorite lines from "Tremors", with Earl and Val as a couple of very dudely dudes...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Earl Bassett: We gotta run. We've got a schedule to keep.
Valentine McKee: Yeah. See, we plan ahead, that way we don't do anything right now. Earl explained it to me.

If you give a lazy man a hard job he will find a easy way to do it.

Pin Dudeism is to Dudeism (The Church Of The Latter-Day Dude) as Zen Buddhism is to Buddhism.

The "Pin" in Pin Dudeism is a bowling pin, of course, which according to Pin Dudeists, points to the true nature of reality, and the repeated meditation upon which can result in a STRIKE!...Pintori...Enlightenment...

Like Zen, Pin Dudeism provides the seeker with koan-like riddles known as "Gutters," which seem to lead away from the STRIKE but, paradoxically, are the most direct way to realization..................

Are you the man who dreams he is a walrus, or the walrus who dreams he is a man?
