Title: Drinking my coffee
Post by: BikerDude on March 03, 2015, 09:25:18 AM
Update: You Should Probably Drink More Coffee

A new report from Federal government nutritionists and health experts indicates that three to five cups of coffee a day could have positive health benefits. It's a first for such pro-caffeine sentiment, but we here on staff already knew / hoped that was the case.

And eggs are healthy again. Go figure.

Just goes to show that these strumpets, these fucking whores, don't have a clue about healthy vs. unhealthy. Next thing you know cigarettes will be good for you. But like I told a vegan friend of mine, who also doesn't drink or smoke, the one big thing that we have in common is that one day we'll both be dead. And she'll go to her death bed wondering what a really good steak tastes like.

Thing is... I've seen interviews with some really old people. Like over 100 years old. None of them I've seen say they counted calories, had a workout plan, or any of that.

In fact, one of my favorites said he smoked, ate whatever he wanted, and didn't exercise.

And that's the thing--these "health fanatics" act like they'll live forever if they can just manage to somehow stay away from enough unhealthy things.  As the prophet Morrison once said, "No one here gets out alive."  So, fuck it.  Eat, drink, smoke, be merry, don't harm anyone in the process, and go to your grave knowing you enjoyed your life.

but it's their opinion, my brother is vegetarian
what annoys me is all those I know can't spend a day without giving you a moral leçon on why eating meat is bad and stuff.

as for cofee beeing healthy, I'm not totally sure. but I think if you don't drink 2 gallons of coffee a day you should be fine
