Title: Charels Bulkowski up there as being one of the real true dudes

Charels Bulkowski, alias, is one of our modern day dude icons.  He has sensed passed but has left behind a treasure trove of lazy lit. If you are not familiar with his work please rent "Factotum" a book he wrote years ago and has recently been made into a movie with Matt Dillon.  The dude abides

I read his books. Nothing but a destructive drunk. What a waste of my time.

Bukowski, not really a pacifist. But I can see the litteral connection here. I think he once said that life's just trying to find something to do before you die. Kind of a dark,depressed lebowski.

horses, booze, women when possible. but he worked a little too hard at the post office, or whatever. and let too many reactionaries near his beer.
