Title: Indiana Weddings - Same Gender now allowed
Post by: TroyDude on June 25, 2014, 05:43:27 PM
A federal judge just overturned Indiana's ban on same-gender weddings. For now, Dudes and Dudettes of all gender preferences get to marry without bias. Waiting on all counties to get their policies in place - and to see if the Attorney General of the state will file an appeal to Harsh the LGBT dude's mellow.

Any  ordained Dudes in Indiana ever have any issues signing the official marriage documents?

I'm offering to help my friends by officiating their marriage ceremonies - but want to make sure no county clerks are going to throw a marmot at their happy moment.

Haven't tried officiating yet. Being from the state, though, I'd say your best bet is a larger county with an urban county seat. Good luck!
