We've finally gotten to the point where Congress had to pass a law to make sure that the laws they pass are enforced.
In a speech that Representative Trey Gowdy really shouldn't have had to make, he explains angrily to the Congress what its job is, and to Obama what his job is. Members were heard to applaud as he reached the crescendo.
Five Democrats joined Republicans in passing a bill that directs Obama to follows the laws clearing the House by a 233 to 181 vote.
His opinion, man - http://www.ijreview.com/2014/03/120902-rep-trey-gowdy-gives-congress-obama-much-needed-lesson-constitutional-checks-balances/ (http://www.ijreview.com/2014/03/120902-rep-trey-gowdy-gives-congress-obama-much-needed-lesson-constitutional-checks-balances/)

He lost half the audience at the beginning when he referenced a "foundational document" for Congress.
They couldn't figure out whether he meant The Communist Manifesto or The Little Red Book.

Is it just me or is it stupid they had to pass a law for that? Just saying
All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages.
William Shakespeare
The thing that so many people overlook is that the president, both houses of congress, and the supreme court (executive, legislative, and judiciary) fit this quote to a "T". My belief is that they are here merely to provide a smokescreen, to play out parts and keep those of us who are drawn in to their drama on the edges of our seats. Christ, on their days off these assholes get together to play golf or consort with wicked, diseased prostitutes. They drink like fishes together, smoke large Cuban cigars, and perform insider trading until the poorest of them can buy and sell each one of us sevenfold. I didn't see the Gowdy speech yet (I'll probably watch it for the dramatic value later) but I can see him grabbing an oat soda and rolling a few gutters and strikes in the white house bowling alley and having a good laugh at the expense of the people who voted for him.
Did I come across as a cynic or a realist? Just askin'.
I just watched the clip. Nicely done. I'm sure he'll be labelled a racist by supporters of the current resident and his name will be tossed around as a potential candidate in '16 by the rest now that Christie's highway-gate problem has effectively spayed his presidential aspirations.
