I know some dudes that are not Dudeist, yet, and may feel the drink part is a no go as they are recovering AA.
Is there some good alternatives while keeping it dude... a virgin White Russian, if we must you call it that.
Personally I don't drink vodka or creamy drinks. I prefer dark beer and an occasional rum & cola.
I don't see where the drink is required, it's just something The Dude liked. If you like root beer, go for it.
Though I have made my own Kahlua and do have an occasional White Russian and maybe an oat soda a few times a month....personally I prefer cranberry juice and water....i mix it about half and half to cut down on all the sugar.
No two dudes are alike dude...except they pretty much do as they like and are not concerned much with what someone else thinks or believes.
Just like my opinion dude, but be true to yourself dude.....just like take it easy....abide...and don't be a dick.
I think that pretty near wraps it up. 8)
P.S. I am a lung cancer survivor....clean for 2 years now!!....so I do not smoke anything either. I am all for the legalization of marijuana dudes....but it's too late for me dude. I cannot smoke anything.
Let's make a new, virgin Dudeist drink. I'll hereby name it the Honky. I'll start a new thread.
