So last night I got to go to a private screening of the Cohen Brothers new movie "Inside Llewyn Davis."
BUT more importantly, I got to sit in on an interview with John Goodman (Walter in TBL). He was a really funny, interesting kind Dude, and I use the word Dude very intentionally.
When asked about the cult following of The Big Lebowski he seemed pretty cool with it. In his words "Its not like a creepy scientology cult following" which he seemed pleased about. No specific mentioning of Dudeism, but he definitely seemed aware of it, and appeared to approve it, so thats good know.
Just sharing
Far out! There's a lot of talented actors out there and Mr. Goodman is right up there with the best IMO. Cool you got to meet him- those opportunities don't come up often!
very cool! i've been looking forward to inside llewyn davis for some time now, what'd you think of it?
I think I definitely need to see it again in order to fully appreciate it (not unlike The Big Lebowski). I didn't have much of a plot, but it was very well made, and had some great characters and music. Difinitely worth checking out.
And by the way, welcome to the forum mountainDude!
Walterism anyone?
Wave of the future.
