See I'm not really feeling this one.

I can't say I'm a big fan of the TV series anyway.

I don't know man...

Al is not content with his life. He hates his job, he has a dubious relationship with his wife - she uses sex as a weapon, he denies himself sex to annoy her. That doesn't seem too Dudely.

On the other hand, his 'invisible' neighbour is a sage source of wisdom and a calming influence. I think if Al really was a Dude, he would hang with his neighbour all the time and his wife would have run a mile.

Usual caveat: just, like, my opinion man.

I can definitely see your point man, I just kinda saw it as all that other stuff was stuff that he 'had to do', he didn't really like it but he must "abide" so he could get to the part he really loved man (beer, biggins, football, his buddies, & tv lol) that's when he was able to just "take it easy"

Maybe I'm a little biased though lol, anyways, just my thoughts on it dude 8)

A cold beer, Big bowl, Cute lady friend & Dudeitude for all! 8)

Not sure if I see Al Bundy as Dudelike, but I will say one Ed O'neil's character in the movie "Dutch" is kinda Dudelike... if you haven't seen it give it a watch. It's pretty funny, and like "Train's, Planes and Automobiles" it takes place on Thanksgiving so it's a yearly tradition for my lady friend and myself to partake in a viewing.
