Yeah, mang; for over a million bucks, or clams, or what have you. Jesus!
Thats ridiculous!
I wonder if it comes with the door stop

Actually more......Hello, Big Lebowski obsessives! Are you feeling unsatisfied with merely dressing up like your favorite characters from the Coen brothers' stoner-noir classic and attending conventions? Why not go a step further and live in the Dude's house? It's for sale!
But be aware:
It'll run you $2,295,000, since you'd be buying not one but six "one-bedroom cottages" as part of a compound that's a "perfect candidate for a residential subdivision." We don't know which one of the cottages was Jeff Lebowski's, but if you buy the whole compound you'll have plenty of time to figure it out. And also, plenty of time to figure out that buying a house because it was in your favorite movie is rarely a wise investment.

i think it finally sold for 1.6 million. those cottages are really tiny but venice is incredibly expensive now. used to be sort of a slum with gang violence and stuff. now the rich and famous all have houses there and there are fancy art galleries and stuff. rent on each cottage is something like 2000 clams a month. but probably back in 91 (when the dude would have lived there) it was probably more like $400.
Here it is on Google Street View...
