For sake of discussion, what are some of the ways you channel your inner dude on a daily basis?
I stop every so often, take a DEEP breath, and allow myself to just be. How 'bout you?

I just take it easy all the time. Even when working. I was in a hurry once, but it wasn't in this century. 8)
I try to stay privy to the ins, outs, and what-have-yous inside ole duder's head. New and old shit comes to light, man. And then I try to remember that you can't get worried about that shit. Laughable, man!

Whenever i get into achieving mode i think of my friend big Si. He's super successful, has a massive house near us that he uses as a holiday home for two weeks a year. In so many ways he's miserable as shit and this may sound a little mean, especially as he's a good mate, but it really is helpful seeing a living example of just how useless achieving really is.

Amen, Dude, amen.
I've known some insanely wealthy overachievers, and those who had joy in their lives were those whose achievements had deeply personal meaning to them, meaning measured in something other than dollars. The rest, the majority, were largely joyless creatures who found few moments they could appreciate, and it seemed that for them most of life was about as joyful as an inconveniently timed bowel movement.
