it's really bizarre. It makes most of what you get from that nut Alex Jones look tame. To have a multinational corporation like Monsanto in that mix is disturbing as hell given their seeming determination to corner the market on the world's food supply.
I'd recommend the movie Food Inc.

That is very important. Monsanto has lobbied against this like crazy.
There is zero independent testing of the herbicides from Monsanto. The FDA relies on studies done by Monsanto. Get your head around that.
In Europe some have been banned. Remember the issue with the bees dying?
That was the herbicides . Those herbicides depend on the GMO seeds. The herbicides kill non GMO crops.
They found that the effect builds up over several generations (passed on from parent) and eventually causes developmental disorders in the bees that result in neurological disorders.
Take a look at the stats about Autism in humans.
In one 8 year span alone the incident rate nearly doubled. Supposedly no one knows why.
They spend tons of money in Washington lobbying against studies and oversight.
And they fight any labeling of food products so people could choose not to buy GMO products.
