Is it just me but all this stuff that "comes to light" after the musician has died.
Like the Bob Marley stuff they "found under the stairs in a box".
It's all just computer samples of their old back catalogue remixed and remastered on clever software as far as I'm concerned.
Just wait for the never before released Elvis tracks.

Sometimes. But not always. Prolific musicians with even the simplest of recording gear at their disposal can have a lot of material that never saw the light of day. Unfinished ideas, recordings from private or impromptu gigs, jam sessions.. it's possible. I know if I became a famous musician there'd be enough half-finished or discarded recordings left on old hard drives and minimises to keep releasing posthumous albums for decades.
What is a lot rarer is any "found" recordings to be on a par with what the artist released while alive.

Got the Hendrix DVD; it's awesome!
