As usual I have to bring up a point of order here.
Dudette is not the accepted nomenclature, a Dude is a Dude whatever the genitalia.
We had a few (false) accusations of sexism a few years back, and by general consensus it was decided the term "Dude" should be like Doctor, or Actor (has become) a person of either gender.
