We ducked it.
I'm north of the city.
City got hosed big time.

I was half hoping they'd ask Government Employees to stay home.
But right now it's sunny and bright.

I'm located on the Jersey Shore. Lots of wind and one tree down but no damage, power is now on and taking it easy man. I was undude with my worrying but I did some dudeitation and checked on what condition my condition was in and from there everything was groovy and was able to muster a "fuck it" and go to sleep last night. Hope all other dudes in the area are doing well too.

Up here in Canada, one woman in Toronto lost her life to flying debris.  Wrong place, wrong time.  Where I live, it's just a light rain and a bit of wind.

It's raining here in the UK (so no change there).

Hope everyone is ok in the wake of the hurricane.

We in North Carolina didn't get hit hard. We didn't get it the horrible part & we're used to hurricanes.

Little tired of the freaking rain, though. But abidin' with style, dudes.

:))

I didn't think it was all that bad...some wind and some rain all day yesterday with a few big gusts to rattle the doors and windows.
Our power was out from 9 pm till midnight...one pine tree behind the house was almost uprooted...it's now leaning about 30 degrees away from the house. I think it may need to come down.
