Too heavy dude.2 things.In order to be recognised as a country,the USA had to borrow money and be in debt.And the currency of ancient Egypt was the Deben.This was a weight of copper.It didn't exist in every day life,commodities were bartered but every thing had a value based on its listed worth.Therefore,speculation was impossible and there was no haggling.I love haggling.
