I have been asked to perform the solemn oaths in PA. Anyone done this? Successfully?

I have not preformed any ceremonies here in PA dude, but you can look up the PA rules....and the rules for every other State in the Union here:

Cool, so after some digging it says for PA:

Quote(b)  Religious organizations.--Every religious society, religious institution or religious organization in this Commonwealth may join persons together in marriage when at least one of the persons is a member of the society, institution or organization, according to the rules and customs of the society,

So to get my buddy to join is easy, he needs to abide anyways.

Should I go in to the license office before hand to see if they'll accept it? Or just do it and see if it flies?
