Post by: dude tzu on February 26, 2007, 12:50:28 PM
Hey, what's your recipe for the perfect Caucasian? Sure, half and half over milk, but what vodka? What glass? Shaken or stirred? Any adds? What about Egg nogg?

In the intrest of Science, I have experimented with various caucsian recipies. First Step: The creamer:

1) half & half. The baseline cauc. Gotta get yer beaings. Classic  Beverage. 5 Dudes.

2) Milk: dosen't mix as wel, but OK in a pinch. Use about twice as much as you would half &half and serve in a tall glass, then it'll do. 4 Dudes.

3) Egg Nogg: I thought this would work. I was wrong. Oddly enough this does not blend well with vodka, but it does well with the Kaluah. This, of course, makes the vodka stand out like a turd in a punchbowl. 2 Dudes.

More to come, because you can't stop science!

I had a couple with egg nog over the holidays with my brother in law. We were on this island and they had ran out of half n half.  They had milk but no cream so they did half milk, half egg nog.  It actually wasn't bad at all.

Highball glass, definitely.  Never heard of using eggnog.  Wolfschmidt Vodka.

Ever hear of a Russian Quaalude?  It's one hell of a mean Caucasian.  There's about half a dozen ways to make it , but this the one I stick with:

Vodka
Kahlua
Baileys
Frangelico

Its called a quaalude for a reason...

use Baileys instead of cream and that makes an Orgasm

then I think if you add Amaretto its a Screaming Orgasm

Quote from: coctail.com3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Irish Cream
3/4 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Vodka
ice

Shake extremely well!
