Title: Clutter ye not
Post by: Boston Rockbury on September 22, 2012, 12:46:04 PM
One way that i abide in the spirit of the dude is to take inspiration from his ethos of just having what you need and being okay with that. I've really taken it to heart and simplified my material possessions right down over the last two years.

Sold my car last week.

It works! simpler is better - no question. well that's my opinion, what do you think?

I think clutter is the constant danger. Starting with the newspapers you buy or take for free. As a university student I used to take a single copy of a free newspaper every day. Ended with a cupboard full of those. Read each of them once.
