Post by: DigitalBuddha on September 16, 2012, 05:47:51 AM
Cybercriminals have opened a new front in their battle to infect computers with malware - PC production lines.

Several new computers have been found carrying malware installed in the factory, suggests a Microsoft study.

Across this line, THEY WILL NOT!

Windows has come with malware for a long time as far as I'm concerned.
All the crap that you end up with on your desktop with a fresh install proves it.
It's really a matter of definitions.
As far as I'm concerned lots of software installs "legal" malware.
How about the Ask.com toolbar?
Most of Google's software does the exact thing that malware does.
It's just not classified as malware.
