I haven't had time to watch the whole thing yet, but from the description, they are not counting nukes lost by the breakup of the USSR, nor of missing nuclear materials, some of which happened here in the US. Scary stuff.
I would think that with today's technology, we could find some of these, especially the one off Georgia.
Unless it was Aliens, and they are just feeding us the nuke story as some sort of camouflage. Hmmm.....lol.
