Hey dudes,
I'm a Brit with a mate getting married in Vegas at some point in the future, and was wondering if any of you dudes knew the particulars of Nevada law that would be relevent to me performing the ceremony?
Had a brief peak at the laws and noticed this: "your denomination or organization must be incorporated, organized or established in this state; and your ministry must be primarily one of service to a congregation or denomination"
Does dudeism qualify?
Also noticed special permissions were available for 'out of state ministers'. Any idea if this also covers dudes flying over from another country?
Any and all help is much appreciated good dudes!
Hey dude, I'm not the expert here on marriage laws in Vegas, but someone will undoubtedly have some advice for you, but in the meantime, welcome to our beach community, mang! Good to have you here. Grab any rug in the room and abide!
I believe that a midget elvis impersonator can perform marriages there.
Not sure if that sheds any light.
