used in the process of bottling wines?
got a friend who says yes, and i am allergic to eggs.... but sounds so FAR OUT( of possible reality), i mean i know there's some strange fucking things that go into our processed foods/drink but eggs used in wine? any connesuirs out there hazard a thought on this dull subject?
p.s.
i guess i should say i didnt mean to put this in the 'dirty undies' section, but actually, eggs do make me shit my pants.
"Egg Whites and Milk products are traditional fining agents that have been used in winemaking for a very long time. Usually Egg whites for reds and Skim Milk for whites. Winemakers use them to remove phenolic compounds such as tannins and colour and to aid clarification."
