I have friends from the mideast and they told me an interesting thing about how they used to fight the Ruskies back in the day.
You take a dirt bike and put 2 guys on it, one driving and the other on the back with an RPG. If you hide and get close enough to the tank you can take it out by riding faster than the gun turret or tank can turn.
It can't get a bead on you before you zip around it and hit it with the RPG.

Admittedly 2 lunatics on a Honda dirt bike with a bazooka is not exactly the picture of modern warfare but it gets the job done I guess.

The Federal Reserve Lent Money To Libya
Gaddafi is a bad guy.  His regime stinks and the United States and Libya have rarely if ever, seen eye to eye on anything.  But wait, when the credit crisis struck, the Federal Reserve was gracious enough to lend money Arab Banking Corp which is majority owned by the Central Bank of Libya.  According to recent disclosures, the Federal Reserve offered a 26 billion dollar line of credit to the institution that the American Government is now bombing although the bank actually only tapped 5 billion in emergency funds.

According to the source story, Bloomberg Businessweek, despite the sanctions that the United States has imposed on Libya, it has not sanctioned the bank, which is still owned chiefly by the Libyan government.

The Federal Reserve it seems has it?s tentacles everywhere, even in Governments that don?t see eye to eye with the U.S.  As the old saying goes, if there is a buck to be made then who cares whether you are friends or enemies.  American Taxpayers should be furious that their Central Bank made funds so readily available to almost any nation or bank that asked for it.  The Federal Reserve?s discount window is open to anyone it seems except for Americans themselves who are drowning in debt and whose homes are being stripped away from them.

The "Federal Reserve" is neither "federal" or a "reserve." It's little more than a criminal organization owned by private banks masquerading as a government department.

Yeah it's amazing and sad how people just don't get it.
Wall Street giving our money to themselves.
When the list of recipients went public it was just amazing and nobody does a thing.
