PC for some things but the problem I have with PC is having to upgrade just to keep pace, at least with console you're sure that it will be OK for three to five years before you have to replace it (xbox 720 in development as we speak).
I just don't enjoy a gimped experience. With battlefield 3 on consoles they cut the maximum number of players and limited the playable are on the ground. Also you can't get community generated content like custom skins or other mods.
