Title: T.O.E.
Post by: hannahdude on September 03, 2011, 03:17:02 PM
this makes my thinking so much less uptight, now that i see TOE the whole durn thing just falls into place, the whole human, you know, has that never occurred to you, man? sir?
i feel symbologies abounding like happy little fucking bubbles in my head right now. lots of new strands that are worthy of my attention popping up in this old duders head.
im curious if there is anyone here who doesn't know what in gods name i'm blathering about or is this old news.
thanks DL for bringing this new shit( to me at least) to light.

Hah! I've known what T.O.E was for years.
I just can't manage to find the right words for it when I'm sober.

i wonder if there is an entry for TOE in that wonderful best selling book, 'the hitch-hikers guide to the galaxy'? you know the one, the electronic one with the big DONT PANIC in friendly words in the top corner. seems like something the ranging rovers for the guide would have an entry on. i bet slartibartfast could get us a damn good TOE with no notice.
oh well, at least i know what a pan-galactic gargle blaster is, right?

Read not of the book, listen to the original radio series :)  Also known as the uncompramised 1st draft (that Adams used to often write minutes before recording started).

I'm not sure Slartibartfast could get us a pretty good TOE, he's just an architect, with a penchant for fjords :P  Unless.... fjords are the answer!  You'd be better off asking some mice, or dolphins... or Marvin.

The only way to get a good TOE in minutes is to pull random letters out of a Scrabble Bag ;)

And the problem with Pan-Galactic Garble Balsters is that you often have to send down a second to check on the status of the first, and then a third to see where the first two got to... hic!

Actually performed by Ranger Danger and the Danger Rangers.

See I followed it! It was an easy connection to make. (I may have to sit down with my head in the fridge for a while now)

;D
