Question:
Would you play it?
Option 1: Yup
Option 2: Nah
I don't know if there are any gamers here. But Gaming is like my bowling. In fact I play a bowling video game with playstation move. LOL
Anyway. If you know anything about Telltale game company. They would be perfect to make this game. Should be heavy in bowling mini games, but feature a funny Telltale style quest story. It'd also be great if they could get Jeff Bridges and the gang to voice. I just would like a really chill relax game that you get to hang and bowl with The Dude and friends. I'm not looking for a game that would ruin, contradict, or alter the movie. Just a little pointless side story involving bowling with The Dude, man. Anyway, I would play it.
If this sounds cool let your voice be heard. Maybe someone's listening. Otherwise, have a White Russian, lay on your rug that really ties the room together and take it easy man!
That's a great idea, dude! I could even see Rockstar producing a great TBL game, though of course they're usually known for more violent fare, like the Grand Theft Auto franchise. Perhaps one minigame could involve the Dude using his persuasive skills to prevent Walter from doing something rash and destructive.
Hit the X button to make the Dude say something like "just take it easy, man." and if you can work Walter's "anger bar" back down into the black, he won't take a crowbar to what he thinks is Little Larry's new 'Vette.
Thanks dude! Your ideas are solid man. Rockstar games is probably too much for a game like this though. A TBL game should be the easier the better. I like Telltale because they are known for their comedy, great dialog, and simplicity (point and click). They are known for Monkey Island remake and the just released Back to the Future: The Game. After all in a TBL game you shouldn't have to think too much. LOL
I think that would be cool. Good idea dude.
perhaps you can create a D&D version by hand.. you create the story as your roll etc.. i don't exactly know how D&D works, but I think you make the story as you go.. ?
