Now before anyone marks me zero for posting a fitness guru up here, let me tell you why. Watch this video of him on youtube. Towards the end he says "whats the point of having money, fancy cars and all these material possessions if you're not happy?" Jack thought it was because people weren't living "naturally" enough, and to me, that says he understood a little bit about how to abide. RIP Jack Lalanne.

Someone on my twitter feed said: "RIP Jack Lalanne. Cause of Death: Nothing left to prove."
I thought that was fantastically awesome.
oh that Jack Lalanne.
I was always impressed by his juicer, you know the one that you could fit almost a full child into it without chopping it up too much.
Wasn't aware of the feller - seems he had a natural, easy-going manner; quite an inspiring little chat.

Should have seen the infomercials for the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLDuZtWYSMA&feature=related) that he did later in life they where a bit scary.
I never had one (got my george foreman grill though!), but I always heard those juicers were an absolute nightmare to clean.
He and his wife towards the end appeared like dessicated Zombies to me, very scary.
Come on, meek, once you reached your 90s you must be entitled to look a little bit old.
