Actually, when you think about it, they are essentially impotent to stop us, one of my favorite ideas is for all us 100 million potheads(in the US) to show up at police stations at the same time, demanding to be arrested for the pot we are smoking on their property at that moment. Think about your local police station, surrounded by 30,000 pot heads demanding to be arrested. They would be fucked, this nation would be crippled. The real power is in our hands, but most of us just don't know it.
And here it is a religious issue (for what that's worth), and I for one would take that fight all the way. Prohibition is on it's last leg, that shit is gonna fall apart soon, and coming out to normalize what we here already recognize as normal is a big step in that direction.
There is a AA saying that is relevant here, that which dwells in darkness perishes in the light. Time to drag prohibition kicking and screaming out into the light. FTW
That said, I should be back in about an hour and a half, after work, to ask the proverbial question, "mind if I do a J?".
