Gimped /shopped photos (or just au natural) of you and yours at events / fooling around / what have you. Please ensure that there are no copyright violations going on that will pull down heat on ole Duder. Original art work, sculpture (pics of, obviously). Anything you think will look good in a book (Dudeism Annual).
I opened up a discussion thread on the Dudeism Facebook page asking for contributions - used some examples from a few of us.

Here's something I've been working on, but it just feels off somehow. I can't quite get the look that I have in my head in the picture.

Cool, thanks for posting; what kind of look are you going for? Are you going for a high gloss kinda thing (like a magazine ad) - but, to those in the know, it's satirical ('cos it's Dude paraphernalia and far from Eastern gloss?) Have you considered using a different background - all one colour (like a piece of blue or red velvet or silk; you might find it easier to compose the pic a little more precisely if your minds eye isn't distracted by the background. You could change the lighting, perhaps. Although, you can jiggle that around with Gimp processing (or whatever prog you use). I think, once you sort it out it would be good for a Dude-vert (Dude ad thread). A lotta glass there so it is tricky to work with on Gimp (if I erase the background from around the central theme you'll still see some of it through the glass). Just suggestions, Dude - thanks for posting, keep rollin'
I think you're right about everything. The background isn't right (too plain I think), and the surface they're sitting on is odd because of the glass. I initially went for that surface because it's a humidor with cigars under that glass, which I felt added and element, but it just doesn't show up right. I think I might also need a larger Half and Half, and I'll try to find a generic one so it doesn't look like and ad for Deans! My goal was kind of "if you took a snapshot of a dudes home, what would you find?"
Using photoshop elements at the moment to edit.
What about filling the glass up? ;)

Poster - just for example; anyone wanna fool around with it, you're welcome

How do you do that dude?
Gimp, Dude - you can acquire thousands of different kind of brushes for Gimp (free); I even had some smoke brushes (have to go and root them out again 'cos I deleted them to make some space) although that smoke-like effect was done with a cloud brush. I didn't draw anything on there (even the leaf and flowers were done with a brush - in effect more like a stamp). I think I then put it through an oil filter (uploaded the wrong one). Anyway, easy as falling-off a log, Dude. 8) Gimp homepage: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/)
Gimp won't run properly on Windows Vista
That's right! I t(h)ink you may have told me that before?
Thanks Cakes, I'll look into it! 8)
Here's a very good source for Gimp brushes (also Photoshop brushes if you use the active search field): http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/applications/gimpbrushes/?order=9 (http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/applications/gimpbrushes/?order=9)

Nice work dude I absolutely love it. 8)
Peace and if I haven't said hello before welcome Reverend.
Yeah dude Fabulous stuff man...just fabulous! 8)
I think I read about you awhile back. Didn't you do a few pieces here in Pennsylvania?
Great stuff, 4weeddude, thanks for posting - love them (although I may mess around with the borders if that's okay). Love the transient nature of this art: it's as if the Earth herself has thrown up an art work. For those interested see also (among others):http://www.richardlong.org/ (http://www.richardlong.org/)
Your Art is being commended as being strongly vaginal dude! ;D
Just put a couple of my pictures up on flickr (set here):

The only problem with a number of these is the unfortunate reflections of the train carriage lights.
Coolio, Dude - very cool indeed; sounds like a haiku-worthy incident (even without Norwegian Wood). I'm eager to read the lyrics, mang. Don't forget that you can post lyrics, poems (any kind), koans, haikus - anything, man.

The Life Goes On Mandala by Andrea Dudette
That is awesome.
The Life Goes On Mandala would make a great rug to tie the room together.
Here's a snap I took on Kaua`i a while back. We were in a recently cleared out heiau with permission and escort by both the land owner and some locals to make sure we were respectful.
A friend blew this up and printed it to canvas and it now hangs on our wall, just sit back and enjoy the peace.
