Well, I think you already found the source. I suppose the ID-card is part of the set you can acquire when you register as an ODP here.

The ID cards (as far as I know) do not exist, yet - the Dudely Lama (aka Oliver Benjamin aka Forumdude) is working on them. Hope they have a rug design on the back ;D
