AND i'm talking to a couple that wants to get married next month (and apparently has planned EVERYTHING but who's performing the marriage..... (Cuckoo! Cuckoo! lol)

So yeah! Umm.... I hope i get the gig!  I can pop my officiating cherry! :-p

it's totally legal in North Dakota.  I actually just did another wedding tonight.  thats 2 in a little over a month.
