Title: Cool news for The Righteous Dude
Post by: therighteousdude on March 11, 2010, 08:51:47 PM
As of today, The Righteous Dude is a published author!

In addition to the dudecast, I also write short fiction.

My first published story is now on the web!

http://www.talesofworldwarz.com/stories/2010/03/11/sides-by-clay-dugger/

It isn't a Dude tale, but it is cool!

Far fucking out, man! Gonna read it!

Well, I've read it, and liked it too! Awesome writing there, man!
Also the reactions of the readers... damn! But, you only type in the words, right? So, where does the story come from? Inspiration from above? (does God like horror? Maybe because of the moral issues in the story he does!).
Again: I like it! Write more, man! (but don't forget the dudecasts!)

Far fucking out, man. A literary achievement.

But this brings up the question as to whether or not a zombie can be a dude? Can there be a "zombie-dude?"

Could this zombie (badly in need of a hair cut and skin lotion) achieve dudeness? ................

.................a zombie, looking very much like he died face down in the muck.

Well probably a zombie can be a (undead) dude, as long as he takes it easy! You know, it should be a pacifist zombie, so without all the crap about eating people and killing all sorts of stuff etc.
Many times, at sundaymornings, I feel like a zombie... makes that a zombie dude out of me? Damn, all these questions making my head ache...

Well, dudes in rest can turn Zombie, only they probably will go bowling!

There is always the X-Files argument (Lazarus (1994)) that once a Zombie has risen from the dead and eaten (because logically if you had been dead for a while you'd also be bloody hungry) it then may want to do something else (dance, go bowling).

So technically then once the zombie has sated its lust for brains it could then go on to do more dudely things.

Why brains? If it's hungry for meat, it could go to the In 'n Out Burger!

TRD - I noted your other post, once the spammer message is removed, it may look like we are criticizing one of our own. And certainly our esteemed Meekon should not be micturated upon.
I will change my style, and not reply even in jest to any spammer, especially that "slip it under the door" spammer. I dont want to cause any misgivings or what have you.

I think the spammers need religion, to meet god so to speak. So when I come across an email address of one, like for example robertsechenfen, who joined this forum to spam us, I let the lds people know that he is very interested. It takes but a second, and I don't feel unchecked at all.  I feel my forum has been pissed on, and I can't send the spammer an invoice. Plus the spammer probably did not use a worthy email, it would be soon discarded. I probably speed that process along, or at least it helps me feel better.
(most spammers choose not to show their email address, just like a ransom note sent by cowards.)

No problems, I think by then we'd lost the train of thought and were just laying into the spammers.
