Someone left the Dudeism front page on my desk today, so I feel compelled to join, my life has been taking its time to arrive at this moment... I've been known as Dave The Dude (by only one person) since I was 17. I'm now 52, and I've been face down in the mud all my life, but I'm still friends with that one person.
I have a great rug, which was bequeathed to me upon the departure of my current ex-wife. I don't piss on it too often, but I get caught out occasionally.
Someone asked me the other day what the secret of good parenting was and, from my experience, I told them : teach them where the beer is, and how to roll a good spliff. After that, nothing can go wrong. Thanks for having me, DTD
