I grew up listening to him blasted throughout my house because my brothers were fans. I got so hooked and still have almost everything they put out. He was a very cool dude in my book. (I don't really have a book;) "Five to one baby one in five... no one here gets out alive" "This is the best part of the trip" Those types of lines and the song "The End" is just awesome work from a mellow dude that just loved to party and have fun..
