1969 Dude Halloween costume!

well, I've been wanting to do a Dude costume for a while, but my hair hasn't been long enough and my facial hair isn;t as full as the Dudes, I'm only twenty after all.  but today, I had the idea to do the Dude when he was my age, which happened to be forty years ago exactly (according to Jeff Dowds birthday, but mine is earlier than his).  So I'm gonna do my durndest to compile a wardrobe of what I think the dude would have worn back then, and just walk around with a fake j and a caucasian.  what do you guys think?  I promise pictures after halloween.

Uh, well, I dunno man, but I really like the idea.

That's perty durned clever. That's a good idea for almost any costume--Michael Jackson, Macho Man Randy Savage, Obama, pretty much anyone who looked more hilarious in their youth than they did as an audlt.

I'm sure the dude was pretty mellow back in his hay day, just dress like any'ol OG hippie and tell people you're the Dude in his 20's.
