A book about separating facts from emotions but still using both. When you are angry, you cannot make good decisions. But when you feel nothing at all - you cannot make good decisions either. So Mr de Bono proposes - imagine six different hats to be used on your head. Each of those hats means different way of thinking (managing, facts, emotions, negative, positive, new ideas), and you use only one hat at a time. There will be some place for yelling and for new solutions too.
