Yes, that movie with Jeff Bridges. The whole thing is about finding the right amount of fear in your life. When you fear absolutely nothing, you take risk unnecessarily. When you fear too much, you do not try things you always wanted to do. Plane crash is a part of it but I think that kind of emotion can happen outside planes too.
