I recently got hired on at a local 7-Eleven just because I figured it'd be a pretty straightforward job. I couldn't have been more wrong. The upper management extremely apathetic. Not in a dudely "take it easy" relaxed kinda way, but more of a "fuck you, I can't be bothered, fend for yourself" kinda way. I've had hardly any training, the manager never comes in to work, and they constantly act like the whole well being of the company relies on us perpetually confused new recruits. What do you dudes think. Should I stick it out for the time being or back out before I get too integrated? This whole situation is just really harshing my vibe right now and making it hard to relax sometimes.
peace uber alles

Well dude, we just don't know. Sounds to me like you're working for a bunch of fuckin' amateurs! Maybe it's good to just do your best at work with a laid back dude-like attitude, and then head home after a few burgers and a few beers. Your troubles are over dude. Never sweat the small stuff.

It's a job, man. Treat it as such. Do what you gotta do and fuck the rest.

However, it kinda sounds like your bosses are semi-dude. They're kicking back and saying fuck it. As a result, the pressure to get shit done falls on you. But that's only appearances. When Jackie Treehorne finds out this branch is losing money, he's not gonna send his goons for you. Your boss is gonna need to have some answers, though.

Aspire to control it all.
Or not.
Hey yer selling beer.
This is vital.
