No shoes, no shirt, no worries.  Heading to Ocean City, NJ for a little fun in the sun and the sand with my Little Lebowski Urban Achiever.  A three day trip, just the two of us, no one to bitch and moan and bark orders at us and no one to tell us what to do and what not to do.  We're gonna eat junk food and play in the water and just say fuck it man. 
Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber
